Resume Solutions President Surranna Sandy Wins Prestigious Tori Award

Professional résumé writers submitted entries for the TORI Awards in June, and a panel of the industry’s top writers was selected to judge the submissions.  Up to 5 entries were nominated in each category, and CDI officers made the final ruling.  The winning résumés and cover letters were announced on October 16th in San Diego during the CDI’s annual convention.   3. A professional CV writer knows how to optimize the applicant’s relevant skills against the job requirements. They will know what the so called “Buzz” words of the job in context. They will use research and identify which are the key skills needed for the job and then write the CV to demonstrate that the applicant is in possession of these key skills.

  4. Motivate Your Reader. If you can, motivate the hiring manager to look into your application form and CV. Typically, you can motivate an employer if he thinks that you might be the right person for the position as it will make his life simpler and his task may be finished much earlier. So always highlight your relevant skills and qualifications for every letter you will be sending.
