Anxiety about joblessness is pushing undergraduates toward majoring in business.As a result, some schools are making sure to give the students what they want. At the same time, however, some schools are revamping curriculums to allay concerns that business majors aren’t learning the broad-based critical-thinking skills that degree programs in liberal arts emphasize.
